does anyone here agree if i report non-constructive post as trolling or spamming? examples are like posting their "brags" when people are asking questions/discussing in threads, w/o proper content or meaning.
aka posting ss of speedtest etc etc.

Action: Spamming - posting unconstructively, bumping topics unnecessarily, opening multiple threads are all considered as spamming.
Result: Offending threads or post will be deleted and a warning given to the offender.

Action: Trolling/Flaming. Do not make posts that are inflammatory just to upset people.
Result: Your thread will be closed, your post may be deleted and a warning may be given depending on severity

The above are rules from LWN.

to whom it may concern: i dont make the rules above. better keep the ego and boasting attitude to yourself.

jelous? not quite. we have a life, and we appreciate it. we also appreciate other ppl's life, so when other forumers are asking properly, we try our best to answer. just understand this and see if the same can be said about your posts. are they helping anyone, except maybe making yrself feel good?

u decide.

to others having speed problem, PM me. i might have found a solution. it is temporary but at least for me it works. the speed being "bragged" by someone can be achieve by everyone if done right, and i dont think i have his "networking skills".

Lol...yeah.. Posting speedtest is a way of showing people that throttling may not happen to certain people and with this information, some people might try their luck with WBB. And I"m sure the MWBB staffs won't mind biggrin.gif

If anyone has a slow download speed, then *tOO bAD*...just move on...this is a MWBB thread, any any MWBB customers have the right update their speedtest results in this thread.... icon_idea.gif flex.gif rclxm9.gif

One more thing...eddie_al, if you think the post are against the rules...then why haven't you reported the post then? doh.gif

Not as fast as yours but I get around 1.1 Mbps on average..sometimes for few hours it'll go up to about 1.6Mbps..its still good enough to download at least 120GB of data/month...when I was capped...it was *Mission Impossible*..lol Now I'm glad I'm capped anymore rclxm9.gif

Well for one thing if they say that they can get sued because they can guarantee it to all users in all areas. Also, Malaysian's ISP Infrastructure for Wireless Broadband is actually not enough...now they just want to tarik more customers to get enough funds to upgrade their infrastructure. In other European countries, the ISP has a lot of backers or investors and this is why their infrastructure is better than ours. In Malaysia companies need to *pusing duit* to get things rolling....
