Just add on position on Panamy only, as its financial year is ended 31/3 one, so can expect some final and special dividend when it releasing its financial result around end of April or May time. Final dividend always will be 35 cents (total for the year always 50 cents, has been like that for years or decade) and some special dividend, last year 65 cents.

Just little 'shopping' only, still saving bullets.

I always bought those 'boring' stock, won't go up one.
Just for dividend yield purposes.

Yup, there is lot of talk about window dressing after a poor performance of 1Q 2008. Window dressing is more intense when market performs badly time, as fund managers struggle to make the number look 'prettier'. May be it is the reason why local fund managers are buying recent few days, just my guess.

sometimes really tempted to buy

for eg. MAYBULK

when price hover at 3.70 - 3.80
over confidence that it might drop further
as self set a target price at 3.50 - 3.60

now price at 4.10 - 4.12
by right it should be "overpriced"
the evil heart will say, "hey buy lah, the price will go up further" (no longer thinking rationally, you see)

and the mind sometimes is disturbed by the upcoming dividends
keep thinking, dividend is coming, dividend is coming
must buy liao, dun wait already!

if price doesn't move upwards, i'll be trapped at 4.10
however, price might move upwards to 4.30 - 4.50, nobody knows

i already kena few times liao....i was just about to buy REsorts n Maybulk but due to me queueing 0.02 higher...din manage to buy....now both shoot up high liao...but.....it's fate n luck la....if it dropped now...then i would say i'm lucky! hahhaha......let it be...let it be....

There is why I am buying some today, don't need to buy on lowest, buy near the low is already good enough.
Who's know what will happen in the near future. As long as satisfy with my need with consistent earning and good fundamental (dividend yield >6-7%) I will be fine with it.

Always search for lowest will mean you won't buy anything. As when it is on the lowest point, you also don't know, only when price goes up afterwards, you only know it is the lowest, right?

haha....tell me abt it mann...i kena like dis almost every other day! today queued maybank at 8.25 before mkt open...opened at 8.30, now 8.55. queued sapcres at 0.98 when it was 1.02...now dunnit to say la. maybulk queued 3.68 dat time...lowest it went to was 3.70. kps too...queued at 1.08 but tak dapat. tenaga aimed 6.45-6.50..lowest 6.60. hdisplay queued 0.155 n lowest 0.16. there's many more i recently queued n tak dapat but cant recall now. i 'lost' virtually lots of k's...but dis type of things really subjective la. if i know the lowest price is gonna be 2 cents above my queing price, i would've queued higher. but prob that is a sign. next time when i set myself a price, i'll queue at the next buying price...lol

i will juz queue at the last done price..
i wont queue at lower price juz to earn tat few cents difference...

tat's my prob lo.....i queue resorts at 3.1 when the price is 3.1...cannot get it done....if 3.12 can buy straigtaway...but tat time is downtrend...tot it will go down somemore......but...then maintain 3.12 few days lowest then suddenly shoot up till now....

tat's y lo....it depends on luck also la.....but if u really want it...just buy it ....but i was nt so keen actually tat time to buy higher than 3.1 so...dun bother lo if cant get hehehehe

Same with me, if I want to buy something after evaluating it, I won't bother queue for it. I just call my broker, tell her to buy it 'NOW!' then wait for the confirmation.

If it's something I wish to buy but too expensive I just ask the broker to tell me when it reaches my target price. Haha already so many times they call me whenever Maybulk reaches below RM4, but I still never buy.

Different people different style, some like to treat it as 'bargain' like buying vegetables in pasar, some don't. Nothing right or wrong.

I also like to queue one, may be only 3/10 will take the sellers or buyers straight away one.
There is once I queue for the whole month at the same price. When remiser heard my voice, he said same? , then I said yes, at Rmx.xx with xx lots.

when i started...i dun bother to queue one coz i will be very tension...i dunno i get o not...dunno when need to transfer money...dunno if drop a lot then how....so many things to think...but as time goes by...i have become more patient...if cant get....then try next time lo....i seldom jump in so fast unlike last time....hmmm...maybe Cherroy influenced me esp when he likes to wait n wait n wait for his Genting at 6.5 when it was 7.xx....n everyone of us was like...aiyoh..so low....where got chance la! hahahhaha

i seldom Q for buying.. i will buy it at lowest selling price.. i want the share straight on hand.. or else dont buy it..
but for selling, i will.. especially when i knew i made a wrong decision, and i just want to let go at break even price..
