i am using sharp 903sh
i drive between selayang & PJ area
sometimes the network shows 2G, sometimes 3G
cant really specify the exact coverage area

even in my house
it shows 3G in living area
when i walk to dining area, it become 2G

ohmy.gif coverage seem like not quite good if like that. your are using Celcom or Maxis?? How about your battery consumption?

Well I'm not the right person to answer your question. You can try to ask badegg or bearbrick. Personally i think its less nuisance. you can always leave your phone in the living room or somewhere with better coverage. after all you don't need to walk around at home with a cellular phone.

903sh doesn't have any issue here
as it is supporting both 3G/GSM
i am on maxis 3G, battery life of 903sh?
1 day max if on heavy usage, otherwise 2 days+ with minimal use

yeah, If 3g is a concern my guess its best you stick back to 903sh. Further more the camera is top notch.

what do you mean by "software unlock set"?
no need hypersim, then use our normal maxis sim card, can?  unsure.gif
*
Software unlock just like your 903SH, permanently unlock and doesn't need any bypass SIM.

Like the 813T I'm using.

You mean for my 813T? It is with Chinese firmware, but not quite sure is with TX80 firmware installed although most probably is.

when I have my sim card ontop of hypersim it doesnt want to read it and gives me an insert sim error, on my 705sh, 904sh and also on a nokia i use sometimes. I guess something internally is broken in the connection to the chip. I guess I should cut my sim card correctly next time, it worked without cutting.

going to give it to my friend after i repair his 903's hinge. it might work for him...

quite fast on that laugh.gif

@morningboyz

don't choose a network to work with the phone, cause you'll be paying for the calls and if the rate is high, you'll loose alot of $$. Just pick one which is financially affordable and usable based on your requirement. Slowly build up an understanding on the culture of the exotics phone, if not, you'll be selling it soon after using for a few days. rclxub.gif

I think celcom has the widest in Malaysia. considering the coverage is the vast among the rest.

Anyone selling benny's hypersim? looking for local dealers.
