well the best i did i think was 435Mhz*8 on 108*mhz on 4-4-4-8.

for stable, i dont do high dividers on stable. Coz too much heat dissipation. i do 1:1 and do cl4 on 425Mhz*8

well u would have to go to bios and set your voltage to 1.9 depends on the stock spec of the ram

By the way, the technician should know if its compatible or not.. anyway, should be good. Teams are good.

should be alright, well.. its having a cheap proc for a good mobo... mostly ppl would go for higher end procs for good boards like tat. But yes i have read about someone who oced 147% of a celeron with a blackops.

But how the board is tweak also play a role tongue.gif
Like your case, mars with E2140 cannot go beyond 95% OC while on IP35E can do 120% OC sweat.gif
*
My issue has nothing to do with tweaking. Its a known issue that Foxconn Mars do not like e21 processors. So it just limits the FSB from performing thats all.

QUOTE(joe_star @ Aug 7 2008, 09:53 AM)
Strange problems ive been facing lately

a) vcore settings for bios dont seem to stick, i mean they change in the softmenu but the detected vcore remains the same. After a few atempts it works though
b) system wont boot up in oc-ed state after shutting down. Have to reset cmos jumper sweat.gif This too doesnt always happen
c) after 1 of the previous cmos resets, a msg appeared at the post screen saying "cpu unworkable or changed", although the comp still worked fine.

Any ideas? My proc goin kaput or my mobo wants to faint? Or cud it be the bios has somehow gotten corrupt? hmm.gif
*
try getting a new cmos chip and hmm flash it back to an older bios..

two degrees centigrade convert it to joules and u will realize how much energy that is smile.gif its a lot of heat, also note that when u overclock higher and higher, temperature rises in a linear rate. so a 2 degrees drop at one point might be a 3~4 degree drop else where. Just my personal opinion smile.gif
