Age: 20
Weight: 75kg
Height: 175cm
Goal: Get rid of my extra fat on my tummy and thigh - wanna slim down. Probably 70kg or something.

I used to be overweight - 99kg the most, and then I started to do some exercises like jogging and badminton, controlled my diet and here I am, 75kg now. But my current problem is that I am stucked at 75kg. It's not going down anymore.

Any suggestion? tongue.gif

Do check your body fat % as well. That will gives you a better indication how much body fat % you'll need to lose.

Also I would like to congrate you in regards of losing from 99kg to 75kg which is no easy feat.

* Please note that body fat is always lighter than muscle or bones.

There are a lot of methods to check for body fat BUT I find this two most avaliable.

1. Calipers (I think some one is bulking it, PM Canopies)
2. Those machines in fitness centre (ie. Fitness First or California Fitness) which transmit a small electric charge towards your body.

Personally, I'll use no. 2 because I have no idea how to use a calipers save for pinching my fat with my fingers.

Cheers

Maybe I'll try the second option too, but not so soon. I'm kind of packed with stuff to do at the moment.

Anyway, what are the ways to slim my tummy and thigh down?

I used to asked the same question and the tips i got for my tummy is,

1. After consume solid food, wait for 30 mins or more to drink water.
2. Do not eat egg yolks, just take the white (thats whole protein).
3. Exercise your abs and obliques every morning.

Well, it works for my tummy, maybe you should try it out. As for the thigh..I dunno.

No such thing as spot reduction....reducing one particular area

its overall body fats....If you are not progressing..then its time to look at other things....your diet...what are you eating etc etc.

May be you can post how your daily meal is like? Anyway just do cardio biggrin.gif
