Age: 20 Weight: 75kg Height: 175cm Goal: Get rid of my extra fat on my tummy and thigh - wanna slim down. Probably 70kg or something. I used to be overweight - 99kg the most, and then I started to do some exercises like jogging and badminton, controlled my diet and here I am, 75kg now. Maybe I'll try the second option too, but not so soon. I'm kind of packed with stuff to do at the moment.
Anyway, what are the ways to slim my tummy and thigh down?
