Not at the moment that I know of.

Umobile connection works in a very tricky way.
Shared IP, unluckily I proxy via my own web.

Plus, if you use multi connection to download like IDM.
It will accelerate by how mny connection you has.
If you use only one connection... zzzz

I asked U-Mobile office here in Ipoh, they said got around 3000 U-Mobile broadband users in Ipoh ??? But none of them seems to be members of this LYN thread, so I am not getting any feedback to my questions.

Also, if you have any feedback to my other questions regarding torrents, please share your experience ( in KL or Ipoh).

What is the average download speed for torrents?
Do you *really* get capped after 5Gb of downloading ?
If no, usually after how many Gb of data download before they start to cap?

KL really bad la, direct download also so bad.
But the signal I get it around 96% in HSDPA.
Download a file with 96 MB size, cost me 10 hour to finish download.

0.1 ~ 6kb/s good or not.
Multi connection is does a short lightning good, while single connection downloads only gives you a small amount of speed.
Sigh lor...

average usage permonth = 40-60GB
-immediately i got connected i did speedtest to sri kembangan server
-after 5GB usually i didnt got capped
- if capped at 384kbps.. i dc n connect back n do speedtest wishing to get full speed = at least 800kbps is good enuff for me (works 70% of the time)
- if atfer 3times stil 384kbps.. then i just stick with it la
- based on 3 month experience using u68 prepaid.. i got 384kbpss speed more freq during the final week of my subscription regardless of my usage

BT
- i use utorrent 2.0.1
- average speed 80KBps (640kbps). personal record 300KBps (2.4mbps)
- worst speed 5-16KBps (30-128kbps)

WOW! UMobile Ipoh really tells you how many broadband subs there? If u keep asking for Klang Valley, Seremban, and Johor, then roughly u'll know how much each state have

why r u so worried about whether getting capped at 5GB or not?

it IS the official FUP that the speed may be throttled after 5GB for UB68 plan. unless u get capped b4 hitting 5GB, then u can start complaining la.

2 things u observe:

1) Unlimited plan (aka UB68) have FUP of 5GB.
2) they MAY manage ur bandwidth/suspend/terminate/reduce ur speed. <- keyword is MAY.

the term "MAY" is the reason why some users are capped higher than 5GB or exactly on 5GB. It's all stated in the Terms n Conditions.

Get a prepaid starter pack, Reload denomination by RM50 + RM10 + RM10 or at least one of the reload denomination RM30 or preferable RM50 then dail *118# for U Broadband
