Yeah, i'm an old hotlink and digi user..Just want to let the rest know a little bit of my experience with Umobile..Hopefully i'm the only customer who is out of his luck that they gave me such service.

U-Mobile does provide an excellent service on good days but their customer support isn't convincing enough. In my opinion, the very first step in providing a good service will always be a very good customer support team.

First day use U Mobile.

U Mobile really really have fair usage?
My friend already exceeded 5g fair usage. but U mobile not cut hes speed. how could be like that?

U mobile do hav FUP but as i heard from most of da users they juz hav it on da paper only not implemented yet ...take diz opportunity DL "kw2 smpi server kejang lor"...

wahhh.... like that ka so syok ar dload until their server going "kejang". as i read their FUP is also 5GB limit, if just black and white only, then dload laa until u pengsan

Sial? which isp is dat? never heard about it... so far how is yr connection? speed? stable enough?

i think what he mean is celcom kot yeah..we want to know the connection, speed and stability. as my friend said that using at puchong, u mobile is good

The Fair Usage Policy is there but it is not implemented yet. In my opinion, once they have a larger subscriber base only will they implement it.

u mobile NOW only cover certain klang valley,seremban and ipoh. that's why they don't have larger subscriber. once their coverage whole nation, then fair usage policy i think will implement and heavy user internet will got headache

actually maxis also din enforce the fair usage policy yet and ppl hav dl more than 200GB/mth and still not capped yet

Are you sure about that? We have a thread here a while ago claiming that Maxis suspended his account for downloading too many of what is allocated to him.
