u ask me ? owh... rm100...jabra bluetooth headset...got another brand...i-clip( dont know how to spell)..also same price...but dont know can use with ps3 or not...i remember someone here said jabra can work with ps3...so i choose jabra...

most bluetooth headset work for PS3... SONY, Samsung, etc.... only "CHAP AYAM" & M$ Brand ...SONY PS3 cant accept ..

i-Clip works.. I tried .. It works... compatible with PS3.

Havent got my hands on GTAIV my wife watching the Korean Drama in the big screen TV now... sigh...

Summore my computer giving problem.. died 2 pair of DDR2 RAM.... have to RMA send to US......

Lucky got spare .. so my assasin creed session can continue in my PC

Just played up to the point where

Mainly did a lot of roaming around and stuff instead of completing missions.

Here's my first impressions on the game (just my opinion):

Graphics are rather disappointing, I must say, since I've been so used to GT5: P, DMC4, Burnout Paradise etc. kinda graphics. I understand that with such a humongous amount of stuff to render at the same time, graphics would be lacking, but it's still disappointing. Not really PS3 standard, at a glance... Feels more like Max Payne/Hitman for the PC kinda quality (great at its time, but dated now). Textures, lighting, details, etc. are quite minimal. Posters on the wall are same 'ol crappy quality... looks like it's painted on the wall directly, and badly. I kinda expected Havok like physics for everything, like being able to punch the pots and cups in the apartment or something, but not everything is movable/breakable. Once again, I understand the limitations, but I guess I was getting too used to PS3 churning out DMC4 (or even Heavenly Sword) standard graphics all the time, where you could see the texture of Nero's coat and the freckles on Nariko's face, not to mention the amazing lighting in GT5: P where the car is parked next to a Japanesey place, outdoors cafe, etc. The windows in GTA4 buildings don't even reflect anything... They just look like painted brick. I did notice popins, especially when you drive... There was once I was running in the park and I changed my angle, and BAM, before my very eyes (in a split second, of course) flowers suddenly appeared on the grass, which was a mere smooth green moments before. Kinda sad to see these kinda stuff in such a quality game. Then again, the GTA series was never about the graphics. Oh well. I guess nitpicking about graphics would've been impossible given the scope of the game. Maybe when PS4 or PS5 comes out, eh?

Gameplay is fun so far, although Niko feels kinda slow, but it feels more realistic too. Controls are something to get used to (especially if you're crazy enough to turn on Sixaxis controls - try flying a chopper with that). I like the details in how the pedestrians all have a bit more variety and aim now... Feels more natural, like you're really in the world. Driving is tougher 'cause the cars are more realistic... You can't corner at high speeds, gotta brake gently, let go of the accelerator, turn, then only accelerate away. Getting hit by cars when you're on foot gives you a lot more damage now, and diving out of a fast car/bike is ouch. First time I got into a chopper I flew up a few stores and was trying out buttons and I pressed Triangle. Fell to a grisly death, felt so real and gruesome when I hit the ground. Hand to hand combat still feels very clunky, like punching people and punching air is the same thing. I never liked GTA's way of presenting hand to hand combat. Clunky and unsatisfying. I wish the physics could've been like fighting game punches, at least, even if it was just a one-two combo. Camera has a nasty habit of moving a bit too low when you're in the car so you can only see the car butt and not the road ahead, but you can still move the camera about with the right analog stick... Just a minor annoyance.

I tried out multiplayer... Tried cops and robbers with some random guys. Didn't know what the heck I was doing though. Gameplay was smooth enough.

Graphics aside (don't get me wrong, they're not unbearable - just not impressive), GTA4 seems to be fun enough so far. If you liked previous GTA games you'll definitely like this one. I'm glad the profanity isn't occupying 99% of the speech San Andreas, my ears hurt so bad when I played it the first time. If you're not a graphics whore and can look past the PS3-expectations other games have set, then try it out.

Oh and seriously, if you're below 18, don't play it. Last thing we need is 9 year old boys (the kind you see at the game shops playing WWE or some soccer game) playing something like GTA4, no matter how good it is.

Ah well, gotta sleep for now. Got a full day of stuff to do tomorrow even though it's holiday, so no GTA until I get back at night.

I had a hilarious deathmatch game with Skiddz and someone else. Multiplayer gameplay feels very similar to Warhawk, though obviously it is entirely different. I tried to crash a helicopter into skiddz but missed. Damn. He loves his rocket launcher.

Alex, we can't work out whether mp is region locked because it doesn't show where a player is from. So the only way to work it out is to have someone with a US disc try to invite someone with an EU disc.
