Line Clear.. just go to Chulia Street.. follow till the end of the road and you will come out to Penang Road. At the junction of Chulia Street and Penang Road, look to your left. Line Clear is just 2-3 shops away. To know you're in the right direction, Odeon cinema would be right opposite you.
Line Clear's nasi kandar is nice.. very spicy.. but I still find the one in Gelugor better.. Or maybe you should try the one beside Masjid Kapitan Keling.. heard that's the best of the best. QUOTE(sharkteef @ Jul 8 2008, 04:04 PM) shud be ok. confirm i wan the number of the hotel. ask your friend check see if got run down or not. shud be able to tell from inside and out without enterin their rooms. i am in seri kembangan seafood there recommended ka ? fresh ka ? penang also famous for ju hu char. where can get ah ? and btw, if u in kl/pj, u come out i belanja u minum. i jz called my friend.. he will give me the number after he go n find out. And the hotel's condition should be good lah. 3 months ago before i came here, it was still a classy hotel. seafood here is generally fresh. but price wise, some are even more expensive than in KL. need to go until teluk kumbar for cheap one: eg. Good Friend Seafood restaurant. Teluk Kumbar also got famous mee udang. Ju Hu Char is a very common dish leh.. even my mom knows how to cook it. I don't know where to get good one. but this gal's blog got a recommendation: http://lingzie.com/nyonya-breeze-abu-siti-lane/ Abu Siti Lane is about 15 minutes away from Komtar. If you come to BM then I know where to recommend you to eat.. here got YAM RICE, Malay Char Koay Teow, Duck Egg Char Koay Teow, White Wantan Mee.. and a couple of great seafood restaurants. I didn't grow up in the island so I am not too sure myself rofl **got the number: Northam Hotel: 04-3701111. Ask for reservation. This post has been edited by vkeong: Jul 8 2008, 04:18 PM |
