u restore from what version to what version?

Think u should just restore n update through iTunes lah.
Stable n easy... time, u got lots of time.. sleep later lah.

If u off the phone then how to restore the phone. Disconnect from itunes. Switch off and on the phone (just to reboot). Connect the phone to itunes. Open ZiPhone and go to advance pref. Click DFU mode. Itunes will detect it in restore mode. Then do the same. SHIFT + Restore. See if this work. If not then need to uninstall itunes and use itunes 7.5 like from here ... Apple Support

Hi guys, any software out there that can backup and restore the sms in iPhone. Using 1.1.3 now. Wanna try upgrade to 1.1.4 but hopefully can backup the sms and restore it back to 1.1.4. Plz don't recommend the Mac software. Any Windows version?

ohh now dono what happen...it can be restored loaded all firmware and so on...after tat it stated need to restart then
after restarting the phone via iTUnes show your sim card is not recognize ( i removed the XX SIm using maxis itself) so what should i do now i cant even click the upgrade button...

yes after entering the DFU mode...yes iTUnes can detect my phone but i cant see any Upgrade to 1.1.4 it only mentioned "your software is up to date bla bla bla"

i only click restore mode..will restore auto update as well?

Dat bcoz u have not unlock it yet. Thats why it said unrecognize sim.
