i have a question here. If I buy a 15KG allowance for my bag, did it include hand carry? If notebook bring inside the aircraft, they will charge or not?
*
Yeah you need to buy your weight allowance now, kinda lame if you ask me. The 15kg constitutes to only your check in luggage. Which is to one bag only. Unless you buy different packages or whatever.

Hand carry is different and is standard to all others, but no oversized of course. Notebook will not charge lol.

I beg to differ. You may book and pay using your IC number. Password number is not a pre-requisite.

They will update your details into PASSPORT number once you check in. Got from my friend who does ground handling in LCCT. Those who booked with their IC, old passport number can update your itinary by calling them..

I would like to ask a question.

My aunt booked an AirAsia international flight for November 2009. She leave the 'passport' field blank during the booking process because the 'passport' field was not marked with '*', plus she haven't renew her passport yet. Will she be denied boarding?

Thanks for your reply, can my aunt just do it by visiting any AirAsia office?

AirAsia's phone number is not a toll free. It will waste the telephone cost if no customer service staff assist us when we called. I ever called AirAsia customer care centre but the staffs keep engaged even I waited for 20 minutes.
