about the excess baggage, do u need to pay cetain amount if u baggage weight is more than 15kg? What is the maximum weight they allowed?

Unlike AA, MAS didnt allowed their passanger to check in if the baggage is over limit.I saw one pakistani student who want to check in his baggage but exceed the limit. And the ticketing women said, he cant check in if he didnt throw away some of his stuff until it below ......kg limit even the guy willing to pay..So,i think its nice if ur baggage is exceed the limit but can still check in ur baggage if u willing to pay certain amount. rolleyes.gif

As far as I can recall, MAS also charge for excess baggage. Unless obviously there's a "total" baggage limit per plane.

those day can la but now they wont allowed...But first and business class limit is more than economy class rolleyes.gif

just pay lah. What is there to worry about. You did carry more than they allocated and you knew about it. You could have reduced the weight but you can't. So pay for it only lah.

If you are so worried then just reduce those excess weight. What's with all the whining and worrying? Can't afford ah? Then take bus lah. Sheesh.

apa susah susah

tunggu at the check in counter and wait for a traveller with very few or light bags

then ask him / her can you and him join the bag weight. when you check in together, your max weight is 30kg

if his is only 10kg, then yours is only 17kg, you are safe to go

of coz la u must be muka tebal sikit la... but i'd rather be muka tebal than pay lots of money to the sleazing money making air asia

Am experiencing the same thing. I called endlessly. I walked in to their office too, but they gave me the same number.

There is a policy of 48hrs grace period to change your tickets before departure but i told the counter noobs that i have been calling for the past 48hours but no one is attending to me.

I am losing my RM1440 GoHoliday package by the minute now as i am schedule to fly tomorrow.

Sawadikaap you Thai noobs!

I flew with few budget airlines before but never try AA. I think AA should follow the service that budget airlines in UK. I feel like fly with 5 star airlines when i fly with them.

ATR ? WHat's ATR .. You mean AA's new Airbus? Hm, I thought the Airbus330 only for flying long haul? I wonder how comfy is that plane, I will be flying 5 and half hours to Perth, I hope the seats are not that cramp .. Forced to select seats for return flight when the plane is so pack

Holiday season December tickets not cheap uh?
*
No la.ATR is a new aircraft that FireFlyz used now. They just received the airplane this AUgust. So,i wanna try the plane.See how comfy the plane is. A330 is nice.Very comfortable but not sure about AA cause the seat pitch is different from MAS and its quite cramp,i think!! Better choose the upper class tha AA provide(i think they offer that kind of class for flight to Perth). December ticket will be sell like a pisang goreng.People try celebrate Christmas and New years. So,that's why have to book fast. I tried Thai Airways also but the plane is full. So sad!!!! Wish have a train directly to Phuket..hehe
