ABS, it wont shorten the distance, it is still the same. The only thing that ABS works is, when you do emergency brake, tyre will get lock and it will cause your car unable to control when you turn the steering, it will still go straight only. With ABS, it will prevent this to happen, you'll feel that your tyre is lock but it allow the tyre to move, you'll feel it because the tyre is hold by something and it is forcing it to move, so when this happen, you turn the steering and you still able to control the steering.

With ABS, when tyre lock, you turn the steering, your car can be control.
Without ABS, when tyre lock, you turn the steering, your can will go straight only.

My friend tested with his camry on a flat road and I was in the car, because I do not understand how ABS works



QC, Perodua and Proton do not have any difference. You can say Proton have a same issue for over 10 years, is Perodua release that long like Proton? As I said, Perodua does have a lot of QC problem like Proton, just because it release later than Proton, everyone thought that it got better QC.

Window problem, I'm not sure. But common problem in Proton, sound here sound there, it is happening on Perodua too. If you say it is just some cars having this issue, Proton also same, not everyone having the problem. Proton use spoilt parts on the car, yes Perodua did the same thing as well to cut cost, took back to SC for fix? They just use glue like what Proton did to some customer. Some SC might not having this issue? Yes, some Proton SC does fix the problem without this problem. And haven't mention door knorb problem that my friend's myvi.

Conclusion is, Proton and Perodua, both having the same QC. You are lucky to get good QC perodua, so do I that lucky to get good QC proton.

overall,hard to get used to it..
1. signal light different direction
2. braking are some sort like air-pump..i need to press twice for an emergency brake.
3. the sofa is kinda cushy..haha.nvm, like it too.
4. i got no time to check on my rpm coz i haven get used to eat..focus more on the road.haha.

not bad car.gear 1, 2 and 3 kinda slow in pickup..4 and 5 is a WOW!not bad not bad..will try on a 160rpm speeding soon.woot!illegal but yes.

however i don like the time when change gear..the petrol wont cut off immediately when u put off my oil pedal..thats a task..used to drive accord 1.8 1986..nw downgrade 1.3 but not bad..like to speed behind..will test on with the milage..still counting.

The brake pads proton gave is not good, so hard to do emergency brake, proton mech told me that, try changing to aftermarket high performance brake pad confirm satisfy. The petrol wont cut off is due to the electronic control throttle no more line already that why got delay. As for pick up my one is auto im quite satisfy power really comes when hit 3k rpm and above, better than my wira 1.5.

chingy, u didnt mention that produa is all copy jobs.. all the car is from toyota or daihatsu.. yes we all have wira n tiara copy jobs.. but we do have the new Saga build from btm to top n design by malaysian..

Yes i agree, we have bad QC n all.. Other car makers are more than a dacade or half a dacade in making cars.. dun compare.. and remember our country is still a raising country.. dun compare with japan or korean cars.. koz they have better technology and also they have so much more years behind their sleves in car making.. u dun ask a newborn child to walk n jump rite? n yes produa has better QC...so what? its all copy jobs.. i can also buy a car from toyota n double side tape a produa tag on... and so if they make the car in malaysia, its still from an exact blue print from toyota..

at leats i can say this SAGA is a huge leap for proton and they will keep progressing..

enuff said, if u still think ur kelisa or kancil is still the best.. go ahead.. im not bothered.. less 1 person liking proton doesnt make any difference.. take a drive out ur house.. n look at the cars around u.. most of them are protons... so next time u see a word proton is a word F**k u from proton to ur sorry ass...

proton needs more and better engines..the waja should at least have 150hp in it..the r3 versions should have more than 200, but wat am i kidding, it will be decades b4 that happen based on their progress

see clearly the chassis urself.... they only change the bumper and add a tail....

LOL!! That's the funny thing I ever heard! Did you saw anyone here said saga is not build base on savvy? I remember even proton clarify that it is base on savvy, that's why saga can have a good handling compare to your so good myvi that sucks on handling.

to someone who like to bash here and there... myvi is not good as what u quote!!! my dad own a myvi as well.. the audio sux!! air-cond sux!! not cold at all especially day time-HOT !! the new saga air-cond is really super duper cold.. if u r saying the interior for saga not nice .. i can tell u that even my dad prefer saga interior more then the easily get scratch interir which ur so good myvi own!! its damn easy get scratch juz only by ur fingers nail.!! dn belive?? go to the showroom try yourself..
saga handling really good.. u can feel the difference..>>>!! myvi??when on bumpy road it sounds like the tyre will terkeluar.. like the car buang buang buang like that the sound..>>!!! saga handling much much more better than ur myvi!!and thats becoz it base on savvy chasis!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, he sound like we never compare the car before we buy. Most of us here not just go show room like he did to test the car but based on real experience by ourself or friends and family instead of few minutes touch and drive at show off feeling.

All the points he said doesn't make any sense. When he got nothing else better to say then he comes out another point saying saga based on savvy, and that's the news that annonunce by proton before saga launch. He thought his myvi is so damn good but actually just another brand's car that change the name tag only.
