proton now having problem delivering the manual one as they don't have enough manual gearbox.
Just be patient, i've just got mine eventhough i booked in the early January

I'm a bit dissapointed at my new car
1. The car got burn smell on the left front tyres after i rode to shah alam last sunday. Asked my SA to send it fot check today and the mechanic said that the brake pad was not align properly and thus has been fixed.
2. But after I took it home, now my alarm/central locking is not functioning. Gotta send it back tomorrow.
3. The fuel consumption is not good. RM50 can only go 275km. That's RM0.18/km and quite high for a manual car. Driving condition was 70-80% highway. Just now resetted the trip counter after filling a full tank. Hopefully I can get more than 300km this time

my saga's alarm/central lock is malfunction only after 4 days getting the car :s now waiting the replacement parts to come earliest next monday.

seem like we have a same problem here. The difference is my driving style is 60% highway (80km/h and above) and 40% city. Right now the fuel consumption is 10L for every 100km (proton claim for manual 6.2L per 100km)
The fc doesn't improve much even after 1st service

This car has a serious fc problem. The fc make me feel like i'm driving a 1.6 auto car

ABS doesn't make your braking distance any shorter. Just look at the name, ABS = Anti-lock Braking System
ABS just make your car easiser to control when applying emergency brake.
