reminds me of that archangel from Diablo 2 game (with the head fully sheathed)... cant figure out whose captain/lieutenant it belongs to...

finally got to see some new zanpakutos... the filler is getting boring with the same characters appearing again and again...

alah.. and i thought it's some captain's powerful zanpakuto....

Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai (山本元柳斎 重國 Yamamoto-Genryūsai Shigekuni?) is the captain of the 1st Division and the leader of the Gotei 13. He is an old man with a very muscular body. There are many scars on his torso and head and arms, suggesting numerous battles in his past. Yamamoto believes that laws must be upheld for the benefit of the community and despises those who break them. He founded the Soul Reaper academy about 2000 years before the main Bleach storyline,[8][9] where he personally instructed Shunsui Kyōraku and Jūshirō Ukitake whom he treats as if they were his sons.

Yamamoto's zanpakutō is Ryūjin Jakka (流刃若火?, roughly "flowing blade like fire", Viz "flowing flame blade"). When released, the sword consumes him and the surrounding area in flames. It is the most powerful fire-based zanpakutō in Soul Society, and the sheer power of the flame can disintegrate almost anything the sword is waved at. While he is surrounded by flames, if his enemy will get close to him he will be turned in to dust. Yamamoto is an exceedingly powerful fighter, able to easily combat two captains, as well as several arrancar, with Ryūjin Jakka's shikai .[9] His bankai is unknown. Ryūjin Jakka is a primary plot element in the anime's "Zanpakutō Rebellion"arc, sought by Muramasa to use for his own purposes.

lol Sifha.. i rmbred i whacked through all the episodes till bounto arc when i was at college last time.. slept really late coz of it

but it's worth it... only part not worth is Bouto arc... u can skip that altogether

once reach to arrancar part will be exciting again. And latest filler ep 200+ is damn good as well.
