the author wanted to says that don't expect Espada only have one resureccion actually it also depend how good the Espada itself... remember Nell? she is an ex-Espada #3 and yet we haven't see her true power... indeed she had been demoted from being Espada? Why? because how good you are there still out there is better than you lorr...
as far as i can remember Espada ranking should start from 0 to 10 rite...   
the rest still given a good fight just need to see fighting episode Ulq & Ichigo 1st after that we can see the other Espada power
