i got a BAD or urgent question to ask, please help to discuss.
i have been using HLe internet trading for over 2 years. recently the line had been unstable - meaning, there were times i could not key in to sell, and the message was ...declined, please refer to your remmisier.
i lost quite a bit due to this because i could not sell fast enough via this HLe platform. i had to call my remisier and he would call up the IT department and the line was free again but it took many minutes.
Please let me know if this has happened to anyone, or what i need to do?
