My comp will hang sometimes, when i reset,
it keep restarting after the window loading screen,
and i hav2 format the PC to solve it, it happen 3times edi,
wat's the prob :-(

maybe some of your hardware is not compatible. last time my pc hang like you then i found out my mobo cannot support my GC (i google and many of them have problem like me).

But it may also due to your heat of proc. it will restart if its too hot!

I think ur PSU.. check it..

is it possible to convert a mp4 format of videos which that low quality to the high quality video,such as mp4 to mkv[HD]/[HQ] can ar?

bt u will end up making the file size bigger, but the quality of the vids will still b the same tho..

couldn't find a similar thread so here i go

ok i notice this some issues regarding playing anime/movies/DVD using any player on my pc (powerDVD or BSplayer the common ones that i use). i updated the lasted codecs and drivers. but the screen/action/movement is like fast than the sound. yet not jerky. may i know why is that? is there any read up on this? and any solution?

if this helps at all, i'm using XP, ati radeon x1950, c2d 2.5Ghz, 3.2G ddr2 ram(4x1G). any input will be appreciated and thanks in advance

u gotta to know whether that OS is OEM or RETAIL, if OEM for sure u cant install it to another pc cos OEM only for 1 pc...
if retail, i think can...

my q is, will the drivers provided by manufacturer work w/ 64 os?
if not, dun wanna go through all hassles...wanna test 64 os only to c any diff

generally no.
OEM provided driver usually has only single version.if your pc is shipped with x32 then u only get x32 driver only.
if the driver is downloaded directly from hardware manufacturer, sometime it bundled with all version[xp,vista, 9x, x32, x64..]




as i know, Microsoft counts on how many change on your system hardware.
and microsoft detects the system through motherboard. so if u use OEM license and u replace/upgrade the mobo but still retaining other hardware, u considered have changed to new system so the OEM license no longer valid on your upgraded system. And on retail license case that means there's a limit on how many system transfer but i don't sure specifically.

Hi all, don't really know whether i post at the right place.
I would like to ask bout Office Excel 2003's macro.

Here's my situation:

I have 2 coloumns of hyperlinks.
When i type make the hyperlinks, i kinda sure that i tried clicking on it to test whether it works or not. and yes, it works (a file on a sharing place is opened).

Then recently, these hyperlinks, when i click on them, it says, "Cannot open the specified file" Then, i press F2 then Enter. And the links is functioning again.

Now, the problem is that there's few thousand of hyperlinks. By pressing F2 then Enter manually, it will be a nightmare.

Friend suggested me to use Macro in excel.
I pressed the record button, then started to press F2 and enter one by one till the end. Then, press stop recording. I thought I can just click the 1st cell at the next column and start the macro and it will the job for me, but unfortunately it didnt.

Now the only method for me, is to press manually one by one. rclxub.gif

Sifu's can help me solve this problem?
(I dont have any programming knowledge at all)

Btw, it's a xls file with few worksheets. Hyperlinks all at Cell P and Cell Q, few hundred or thousand hyperlinks, i think.

When i tried to uninstall Windows live messenger , Windows live messenger didn't appear in the add/remove programs list so i just deleted all the windows live files from the PC. Now when i try to install messenger, it says that messenger is still installed. What should i do?

I have the same problem. . There is a cleaner to clean the registry. . If u cleaned it then u able to install it.. I got the cleaner on my hometown pc but i m using hp right now. .u google it . .

hey guys.

wanna ask something bout ati vpu recovery. what does this software do exactly? my system (refer siggy), when i enable vpu recovery, always hang @ crash when i play games. even though i set the game on medium setting, it keep hang @ crash. when i disable it, i can play without a hitch. i also max out reso, but it still didnt crash.

why this situation happen? am i torturing my gc?

D: 54gb im using it for Win vista..

2 days ago..my os always hang due the virus harm my system..
so i reformat C drive to win vista..and think to reformat D drive to win xp..
and suddenly after success reformat C drive.no option likes before,.i mean option to choose eg: (winxp or win vista..)

any software can i use to log in into my win vista located at D drive??
becoz i need to transfer some files to C drive before format D drive and install win xp on it..

D; win vista home basic( no option to choose this OS)

after restart or turn my lappy on..
system will direct go to my new reformat win vista ultimate.but i want to log into win vista home basic located at D Drive
