couldn't find a similar thread so here i go

ok i notice this some issues regarding playing anime/movies/DVD using any player on my pc (powerDVD or BSplayer the common ones that i use). i updated the lasted codecs and drivers. but the screen/action/movement is like fast than the sound. yet not jerky. may i know why is that? is there any read up on this? and any solution?

if this helps at all, i'm using XP, ati radeon x1950, c2d 2.5Ghz, 3.2G ddr2 ram(4x1G). any input will be appreciated and thanks in advance
