subang got alot of choices...like P1 Wimax(but i dunno how fast is it)
i m using Izzi n i m staying at subang nearby taylors
when I subscribed that time(march), i satisfied with the speed
but after 3-4 months, i really fed up with the speed (max 30kb/s)
my contract will end by next year
i will switch to other ISP, maybe TMNet

30kbps? How long it takes for you to load and post this reply here? How do you measure 30kbps, which speedtest, it takes forever for you to complete the test if it's only 30kbps.

You should cancel it faster and get something else. I promise you that the speed wont get better for the mean time.
I waited for 3 month with iZZi in Sri Petaling for the tower upgrade..and then i just couldnt wait longer..

Canceled it and subscribed SentralFON which i get 2mbps up/download for only RM60(My Condo has it). I wish i could have done this earlier rather than wasting my RM115 on izzi and getting 200-300kbps

I am sorry... but i got to say this. "you got to be a real fool..." If your signal is only 10-20%, you should go for a refund at that time of 3 months. Speed with less than 15kbps is even slower than dial up. you got to be kidding. i've never seen such a patient customer before. You are really "One of a kind". Sometimes, don't blame others when oneself didn't do what they should've done. I am sorry if i've hurt you.

lol... does it matter if you are a pioneer izzi customer?

My name is Eric. I have nothing to hide. My boss??? that makes me laugh even louder...biggrin.gif I've mentioned in the very beginning of this thread stating that izzi does not hire me. Infact, i am the one that always bring customers feedback to their GSM or their person in charge. and think of it this way. If you can read this forum, so does the GSM.

I already had soo many customer using izzi and they are mostly satisfied. Thats because of my customer service. I myself wouldn't even recommend to my customer if the signal is below 50%.

To be frank with you. Try to be smart consumer. Thats all i can say for now. I believe there are other users that supports what i'm saying to your right now.

Sorry if i hurt you again. biggrin.gif

We are using it for months now. The average speed we have is around 200-300kbps even with 100% signal. The first few weeks was great, average speed is up to 1M. Very dissapointed.

Most of the time cant even load pages. Several friends of mine also facing the same problems with this service. Better advertise as 15K unlimited broadband.
