stupid fellas lar people running this izzi ...

if it is an upgrade, it should be planned. If it is planned, customer should be informed earlier and not after customer complaints.

ANYONE would see through the message they are putting there in their index page is OUTRIGHT LIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!

the funny thing is, they say this 'upgrade' will be completed by 17th .. and coincidentally, Screamyx is also saying that their failed line(causes international website slowdown as well) will be fixed by 17th as well .... hmmm .... so we are somehow subscribed to wireless screamyx lar ??? tongue.gif

It shows that they are using the same backbone..Small company like iZZi wont afford to have their own cables going outside the country.

QUOTE(LeoLilieno @ Apr 15 2009, 05:40 PM)
I am using USB with the iBurst 1MB Line. At first when I start using, the speed is very very good and I did not notice the "Limited Connectivity". Then, about 3 months ago, the speed suddenly drop like bungee jump and I called support to complain. They ask me to put in some numbers in the IP Address thingy but it is still the same. They claim  that its my PC problem and said got virus but when I plug in the same iBurst into my notebook with XP windows, it is still the same. I am at my wits end now. Hopefully you can help as I dont believe its virus problem.

You mean it's working but slow? If yes, then the extra limited connectivity icon has nothing to do with it.

its so ironic that they say its an upgrade to serve us better

when so obviously something screwed up and the server crashed

so if the internet wasnt better than last time after the 'upgrade' then they wasted time and money on the 'upgrade'

damn... all those cover ups...

No faster internet. It just improve the time connecting to a site.

How you load it that depends on your line.
