What kind of company is this? We are paying for hundred of ringgits and unable to surf or even connected to a basic msn. RM100+ is not a small sum of money. The government just let these people squeeze money out of everyone. This is the way we are moving into a developed country. It is a laughing joke when I tell people oversea how lousy our internet system yet I have to pay RM100+. This is the time when got money also no use. As if buying a new car then the car won't move. Yet every month you have to pay the installment. Yea right. Subscribe as charity/donations for the rich businessmen?

as i am actually working under telcos ... i actually understand the fact that a isp need to have a backup ... which is a 1 + N back up

which means for every 1 line... there need to have another 1 line as back up...as it is not pratical to do it that way...normally isps will be using 1/2 of the 1st line and 1/2 of the 2nd line

what izzi is doing i feel that they have recruited too many ppl to the line taking up more than 1/2 of each line...and when something like this happen , and they run on back up .... the line bandwidth arent enough for users to even enter basic usage .

ISPs have been OVER suscribing ppl to a very minimum bandwidth and sad to say , MCMC are not enforcing any law to these isps leaving us customer suffer . With many neighbouring countries have very strong law and enforcer , that leaves msia as a country where customer do not get what they are paying and with just a ' best rate applies' printed at the contract , they got themself out of legal rights .

This is how the internet works in msia ... and no matter which isp we run to... is the same

Yes. Total Usage Per Day / TUPD = 750mb from 6am-2am. If u hit the bandwidth limit 750mb, your speed will be throttled to 128kbps until 2am.

After 2am-6am, unthrottled line.

So one month u have 23GB bandwidth.

haha vail .... with izzi's speed...i hardly can even download more than 750 mb a day

thats why i am bat man who used to wait the unthrottled hours until got fed up with the speed.

Now throttle = unthrottle same only. Speed slow. Max hit is 700kbps only. Nvr reach 900kbps above.

Anyone can help me with my "Limited Connectivity" issues? Izzi failed to solve it for me and blame it on virus. I still have 72 days usage and would like to fully utilize it before I change to other provider.

I am using USB with the iBurst 1MB Line. At first when I start using, the speed is very very good and I did not notice the "Limited Connectivity". Then, about 3 months ago, the speed suddenly drop like bungee jump and I called support to complain. They ask me to put in some numbers in the IP Address thingy but it is still the same. They claim that its my PC problem and said got virus but when I plug in the same iBurst into my notebook with XP windows, it is still the same. I am at my wits end now. Hopefully you can help as I dont believe its virus problem.
