I am also using Izzi and plan to discontinue it. They cant solve my problem and blame the problem on my PC infected with Virus. The connection always states "Limited Connectivity" and "Unknown Service Provider" or something along that line. My OS is Vista and they asked me to include IP number but its still the same. I request to speak to the technical manager and they promise will call BUT never did. Anyone have similar problem?

When I call to discontinue the services, they dont even take the effort to try to persuade me to stay. With services like this, Izzi will go bust sooner or later.

Anyone can help me with my "Limited Connectivity" issues? Izzi failed to solve it for me and blame it on virus. I still have 72 days usage and would like to fully utilize it before I change to other provider.

You have to be more specific, which type of device are you using? Pro, USB etc? Also, has it been working all along & suddenly stop working?

I am using USB with the iBurst 1MB Line. At first when I start using, the speed is very very good and I did not notice the "Limited Connectivity". Then, about 3 months ago, the speed suddenly drop like bungee jump and I called support to complain. They ask me to put in some numbers in the IP Address thingy but it is still the same. They claim that its my PC problem and said got virus but when I plug in the same iBurst into my notebook with XP windows, it is still the same. I am at my wits end now. Hopefully you can help as I dont believe its virus problem.

Izzi really makes me wanna throw up. I am now using it to browse internet and to watch YouTube video. Browsing is still ok but when comes to YouTube, a 150 seconds video took more than 15 minutes to reach 70% of the video. Its super slow and frustrating. I thought they fix their problem already? Its the same situation in my workplace and in my home. Arrggghhhhh

I am using iBurst USB. I still have 56 days left on my subscription. If I want to sell this thingy, how much do you think I should charge?

Izzi is too slow for me and their support is too lousy. They always blame on your computer rather than their own ciplak system. I still have one month plus subscription and after this, I will throw it away even though the new promotion is RM66/month. I rather pay RM99/month and getting good speed.
