NEVER use IZZI..makes your life miserable.

The service totally SUCKS!!! Connection sucks, service sucks, everything sucks!!

Still waiting for my refund after 7 weeks. They promised that the refund can be claimed within a month. After weeks of calling, still the same answer: "we will check for you asap." What kind of bullshit is this?

darn..guess you guys are really troublesome. do i have to go through all the details? of cuz i've checked the bandwidth..sigh..please...if you need DETAILS you could have asked..as i have said earlier I dun make nonsensical accusations..the bandwidth was good for 1 month, then the problems start to occur. instability blabla..(still need details? WISE consumer?) thus have to just cut it off lah..
then of cuz i gave them their stipulated time, as they promise within one month. still they couldn't keep their words for the refund duration. So what is this all about? I am not a illogical person. but it has come to my limits with IZZi.....SUCK!!

There were not much complains doesn't mean there is NONE right. I understand that the refund process may take a while, that's why I said earlier I gave them a window frame of one month, with they promised. I am not a troublemaker that wants to start issues. But if they cant comply on what they have promised, I have the right to complain right? Furthermore its not one month only, its 8 weeks. After the one month period, I have been calling every week. They keep promising the same thing. "It will be done by next week and we will give you a call". So please try to understand. Its frustrating. I still have to pay the installment, but there is no cash in. How am I going to pay?

Like you said in you PM, there is supposedly 15 numbers in the UTID, to be honest, I have only 14 in my cancellation form. See what I meant? Its so careless of them and this shows how poor their services are. By the way, as you mentioned there is not much complaints right, so why does it take so long for the refund process?

i have 2 antennna one short and one long one both also the same thing...  the longer one can only get 30% now where the shorter one cant get any

im izziPro user. I subscribed to izzi already more than 1 year. Do u know wat happen to izzi network in cheras? I can't connection to their network at night around 12am frequently. I have called their CS, but seem like their operator just simple give me a reason to entertain me. They said hardware failure la, everything will back to normal after june 30th. But till now i still faced the same problem. And compare with half year ago, the speed now is much more slower. Another thing curious me are, if i stop using izzi for few month like i didn't top up my account, obviously it will be suspended automatically, if after that i want to reactivate, do i need to pay any penalty? Or just top up my account then can already?

Danau Kota's geologically is about Genting Klang lol. And yeah.. I did get my friend [Izzi agent as well] to come over and test the speed etc. It was ok the other day [Thurs] when he came. So I subscribed for Izziyou for 6mths period for RM699. I hv nothing else other than the terminal. Nv thought of getting the antenna since my reception here nv been bad. Lowest ever I got was about 75% I think..

how much does it cost? i already spend RM38 for the small one and RM68 for the big one wonder how many anttenna i will end up with lol can try?

if i am not mistaken i saw it on web site saying need custom installation at home and cost around 200+

i have a friend who is using izzipro now and no plan to continue and will switch to other broadband service. i was thinking to get his modem and subcripe to izzione or izziyou and make use of that modem. i did call izzinet to check and support person said cant use that modem as their system will keep the utid and that modem will not allow to continue once subcription expired. however, when i call technical person, he said can use.

can u check for me about this? i'm planning to get a izzione or izziyou within this 2 months and planning buy his modem and use for my acc.

btw, what is the current promotion that going now? interested in izzione and izziyou only. my friend get 1 month subcription free but until now (11 months) still not reflected in his acc and that's why he want to change.

guys, i've being using izzi for 10 months now, and i had discovered that the technical service is very bad (they almost never picked up the phone), and also, it's very slow in certain areas (like Damansara).add to that, it's not the cheapest

i would switch to another service once my contract runs out..

ha... i just went to the office in Olympia tower today to cancel my subscription  after 3 months of hell. I have to say the service from them was really really bad. Every time i call them to make a complain they will blame the signal, the moon the sky and the attitude is really bad. You will get a shock when you see their office in Menara olympia.. Now i have to wait for a month before i get my refund

I can't give any comments about their staff as i have no problem dealing with them. Maybe is because i have a better way of communicating with them.... hehehehe 

I just bought Izziyou from Eric ( Anodize ). A great guy with a great service ! Wouldn't hesitate to lend a helping hand if you need to.

Even though I am impressed with the "customer" service by Eric, I wasn't impressed by the speed. So far the speed is like this at 9pm. Signal 100%


I live at Prisma Perdana, Taman Midah, Cheras. Hope that this speed is because of peak hours. Pray Pray and boh bi boh bi that at midnight the speed will rocket up high like crazy !! Haha !!

Well. with that antenna, the signal is quite stable at above 90% lo, but speed wise making me pening leh.   Haih. Does that mean that my area punya tower is congested with user ?   Hope you can find something out...

I try downloading something lo, like Megaupload is around 10KBps, Xunlei crash with bluescreen 4 times( I wonder why even though I updated to the laest version), and Deluge under 10KBps. But at one particular half hour, I use Orbit to download a FTP file can reach 50KBps??? Haha. And based on experience, I would have to say that browsing internet is quite crappy 50% of the time.

Anyone staying around Genting Klang facing crappy connection these few days? I mean.. even simple web browsing and stuff. Cz I've checked from time to time that my Signal Strength is 100% almost all the time but it's tad slow..

how bout sunway college? recently like very slow eventho i get 100% signal strength.
