The best was run Orthos or Prime + 2 X SuperPi 32M(for dual core) and so forth

That will ensure you @ safe level.

superPI = gaining the top spot in bro -pWs- table
Orthos = to test stable or not .. dun wan to hang while pawning people in cod4

noted .. in a college with 3000 students, i think this may be the case

stability depends on the user too..
for me, as long pass 1 hour orthos,super pi32m, and games and everything aint got problem,considered stable for me..temptation,ur using stock hsf rite?dare urself to go higher(just joking )..me once pump 1.575 on stock hsf on my brisby G1..surprisingly,its still working til now..

I think oledi hit the wall for my setup Either the proc or ram is stopping it goin any further

if one core not stable, it doesnt hang windows or what rite ?? i mean .. all the time, if my orthos failed, it must be either one

usually its not bout the core 1 or 2..stability usually depends on the chip capabilities and voltage pumped..urs is gud enuf..2.95 at 1.3..wanna see mine?

OF course I dare, but that's was maybe 5-10 minutes I straight restart system This month end coming and time to change lor... Artic cooling will be sufficient right? Anyone can spare me MX-2 ar 1 stick cost RM40 in retail...

take out everything is plug in ur mobo
use only proc ...2 stick of ram (but not 4g yar)..1 only hdd with low speed and below 80g (better dont use sata)
and 1 cheap lausy gc...(not nid power )

Lower Vcore for???

If you can't pass orthos, just add your vcore until you can pass.. just becareful with the temp or you'll end up a fried potatoe inside your rig.

If your system reach wall already, no matter how much you pump Vcore, Orthos still cannot pass one

Is it? But I tried before with my BE....
3.0Ghz above with stock Vcore... Can't pass orthos @ all...
Yet I tried to up to 1.40V and it pass smoothly....

3.1Ghz will need 1.45V to pass Orthos as well...

Above than that, I never dare to try as I'm using stock cooler... See if I get a nice air cooler and re-test again.. hopefully can reach 3.5Ghz...
