everyday looking at my odin and tuniq..put together side by side..
my casing and the mobo sit silently beside the sofa..the f3 sleeping safe and sound without any disturbance..

*takes advantage and steals f3* Just wondering guys, now mostly the X2 5000 BE is usually G2 or it depends? Gonna get 1 once my pay out... XD

different proc has different oc ability
from my F3 sales experience,
even two procs from a same batch vary in term of ocability.
if you're lucky enough, u can get a good brisby G2 that can oc 3.2GHz with stock vcore.
if you got no luck, maybe you get a proc that hit the wall at 2.6GHz
in conclusion, it's depend on your luck

I can OC up to 3.2GHz @ vcore bootable into windows but yet, fail on orthos.

Tonight I'll try run Warcraft 3 (GC haven't return yet ) and see if this setup will restart or BSOD.

Just done 300HTT on my motherboard.. Stable.. Means my processor holding me back..
Will try higher HTT later on see how much my Motherboard can support.. Then only use lower multiplier to see if can OC above 3Ghz pass Orthos..

But too bad i nvr grabbed a cpu-z screenie. The proc involved is a X2 3800+ s939 running at FSB100 and multiplier at 5X. I used clockgen to get the FSB that low. Would love to try it with my new system but the chipset isnt supported

Must get performance RAM to run my 3Ghz smoothly..

Thats quite low bro. I was thinking of buying this ram but now i'm having 2nd thoughts. btw to really find out the limits of the ram, why dont you try using a lower multiplier 1st? at least then your proc will be out of the equation.

Based on my n00b experience again ah.. No restart means the RAM can run at 1,000MHz.. Just this mobo i using cannot support more than that..
