Back ! Hello ! Yay ! Got my new motherboard ! Thanks to dblooi for guiding me for the RMA process The damn part was just finding the place took me an hour plus to get there sesat abit. Upon reaching alphamatic, got one amoi greeting, and proceed to the counter, got one tudung-ed lady, after telling me the problem, she made a call, a pakcik came out and asked me whats wrong, I told him "motherboard ni rosak tak boleh on" and he went back into store room and take a new TA690G for me !

Ok, first you call up Alphamatic Head Office, tell them u have problem with your mobo, and they'll ask you which model. If got stock, they'll ask you to come over to Puchong. Bring your mobo to Puchong ( I guess no need box also can ) since the pakcik in Alphamatic didnt even touch my mobo before handed me the new mobo. Just bring your receipt and mobo since you said box left at home right.

It's actually easy to go there, its just I pusing pusing and pening liao. Just go to IOI Mall (one of significant place in puchong) ,and IOI Mall is on your right side,go further front you'll see Bandar Puteri. Alphamatic is right beside the highway, you can actually see it from the road.

About the sound, Im not sure, scary tho, like metal surface hitting another metal sound, freaky. That's why dont dare to go further. Air cooling some more. Hows your Phenom ?

@alive, if they dont have stock for your mobo I guess you can ask them to ship it to you via courier as it'll be waste of time and money to come back right, but hopefully they do have in hand so can change new mobo

If use blend then will test the ram stability too

I guess if for a stability program u ran and failed that means your system isnt stable yet. A stable system can run any stress program without any sweat I guess

Added on February 20, 2008, 5:05 pmBro db, urmm, last time the ss u show me for the 3.6ghz, that one wc or air cooling ? I noticed mine with 1.52v only can go at 3.52ghz. But the temp is kinda low since I setup in aircond room - idle 30. load 36. Can I pump more vcore if that case ? I notice add 1 fsb have to add another vcore.

But the scary stuff is - When I run spi got sound from the proc itself during 1.55v

So if PWM ( I only know -pWs- ) jerit that time still safe or not ? I really itchy to pump more vcore but dont dare after 1.56v. Actually the one we have to care is the temp or the vcore ? What if high vcore but low temp, still safe or not ?
