Mara, have you considered Fanatec Club Sport Pedals before?

Im seriously considering that now....g27 is not an upgrade to me...so the next step is to go beyond logitech. But of course...planning is easy wink.gif

The price for that is ridiculous but looking its review and the build, it seems it can endure daily usages required by a hardcore sim racer like you. It looks pretty sturdy from my point of view. - If you got one for yourself, be sure to make a review and post pictures for us! I'm dying to see it hahaa laugh.gif

I tried replacing d pot last time. But u gotta get the right pot for the job. I tried shopping around for it but to no avail. Finally found one and wired it in but didnt work. I was never the handy type.

Another solution is a hall sensor using magnet and some simple circuitry.

Did you assemble back the old pot and try the method by axelero? Didn't work also?

I just came back from Lowyat, went to All IT, they had G25 and G27 there.

G25 selling price - RM1099

G27 selling price - RM1199 + free gift Logitech Rumble game pad.

Now who will buy G25?

remember u still have ur on wheel paddle shifter which is sequential too.

G25 - paddle shifter, sequential stick shifter and H-shift stick interchangeable
G27 - paddle shifter, h-shift stick (and six button switches on wheel, rev light and quieter helical gears)
*
G27 also boasts to have better pedals, and the pedals position can be tweaked a little. Then the gear knob feels more 'solid' when you shift the gears, the 'click' sound is more solid.

That's why.. I also know the price for G25 is about RM 800+ only.

I think it's the change of the mechanism where they removed the ability to switch H-shifter mode and sequential mode is what makes it feel solid.
