Guess sorry I didn't read those pages at the back, but what I understand is G27 only gives that extra 4 buttons at a premium? Just realized it has some LED, that would be cool - but really not necessary
PS - we should really make a NO PROFIT bulk when this device comes out If G27 is an indication of what future wheels from Logitech would feature, I would say that the black colour thing which features Logitech logo, might in the future be replaced with LED display to show the gear number This post has been edited by karhoe: Sep 2 2009, 06:17 PM |

QUOTE(limhongwoon @ Sep 2 2009, 06:33 PM) We all wished so LOLBtw - Marketing at it's best Logitech blog on G27 vs G25 QUOTE As with the G25, the G27 features a dual-motor, single-reduction force feedback transmission supported by two sets of steel ball bearings. Instead of straight-cut (or “spur”) gears, however, we’ve developed the first force-feedback transmission for racing wheels featuring diagonal-cut (“helical”) gears. As most racing fans know, spur gears produce significantly more noise than helical gears. http://blog.logitech.com/2009/08/17/new-lo...-for-pc-gaming/ Logitech G25 specifications page QUOTE Dual-Motor Force Feedback transmission: Experience quiet , powerful force feedback effects. You'll feel every bump, bank and curb, recreated with remarkable fidelity. http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/gaming/p...es/131&cl=my,en |

Whenever i turn the steering a bit faster, my fingers will have contacts with the thing...somehow, everytime i use the steering, my fingers left bruised lol.. |

QUOTE(kimi @ Nov 9 2009, 12:15 PM) remember u still have ur on wheel paddle shifter which is sequential too. G27 also boasts to have better pedals, and the pedals position can be tweaked a little. Then the gear knob feels more 'solid' when you shift the gears, the 'click' sound is more solid.G25 - paddle shifter, sequential stick shifter and H-shift stick interchangeable G27 - paddle shifter, h-shift stick (and six button switches on wheel, rev light and quieter helical gears) |

They said it's alot better, and notice her saying G27 is the predecessor of G25 instead of successor LOLBut i dont know how much better is the G27...so by all means if u have d budget, go for it. |

Okay now I feel like buying Driving Force, tell me if there's any reason I shouldn't buy this wheel
Fully compatible with PC right?, hate the fact that it's buttons are like PS3 controllers. This post has been edited by karhoe: Sep 25 2010, 10:35 AM |

Guys, as for Driving Force GT, is all the buttons recognized in Windows? Like the 'real time' adjustment dial as well as the horn button, can it be configured as a button in games? What about the Select Start button at the bottom of the wheel?
Cheers |

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Sep 26 2010, 10:48 PM) I wanted to get Momo but it's already an obselete product, if you can find one you're luckyQUOTE(mengsuan @ Sep 26 2010, 11:26 PM) Just minutes ago I tried Codemasters F1 2010. Controls are not easy. Steering very sensitive, so is throttle. When FFB is turned on, the steering is very heavy, until I sweat. I'm all sweating now thanks to the FFB LOL - was playing NFS ShiftCurrently using Logitech Driving Force GT, I love the fact that every single button is recognized in Windows, including the 'jog dial/real time adjustment' mode, must be very useful in tweaking brake bias in F1 I got mine for RM395 @ IOI Mall Added on September 26, 2010, 11:47 pmBtw, can I know the distributor of Logitech Gaming Wheels and the address/location? How long is the warranty? The shop only gives me 1 month warranty swt This post has been edited by karhoe: Sep 26 2010, 11:47 PM |
