What platform you use?
You will probably need more Vdimm to achieve that speed and timing if using AMD platform due to the memory controller.

AFAIK, corsair XMS DDR2 are warrantied up to 2.1v vdimm (Max Recommended Vdimm as by corsair)

Revision of ram is stated on the ram heatsink, n it call version or in short ver.

cannot..the max vdimm stated in my bios is only 1.95v..

After adding another 2GB kit of XMS2DHXC4, I have got errors running memtest86 on test#3. I can't set the timing to 4-4-4-12 like I used to when I am running on 2 modules only. With 4 modules, I'll have errors on test#3. Need to loosen the RAM timing back to C5 in order to solves the problem. RAM voltage set @ 2.00V

It seems that running 4 RAM modules is not really recommended. It will reduce OC rate and increases memory errors.

for amd, i think you would be referring to am2 setups right?

1T is better then 2T in amd platforms, but, i think stability is an issue with 1T beyond 900~1000mhz regardless of timings
