hmmmm... due to the large number of ppl who wanna learn violin, howabout we start a weekly gathering - sorta like a voluntary group class.
Of course it won't be as good as a private tutor but it'll be a good place to start to see whether u like it and wanna continue with a private teacher or not. |

QUOTE(mskvenn @ Jan 28 2009, 10:55 AM) This sounds good. I've just started learning it for a year, it would be great to see the gurus. Yeah... the best way to improve oneself is to see how ppl who are better than us do it and learn from them. This is y I suggested a regular group gathering - to learn from one another. I bet I have lots to learn from u guys. Haha...Btw, before I learn violin, I didn't really put its learning difficulty into consideration. I learn it because I love how it sounds. It's after visiting this thread that I found out the bowing techniques are considered difficult. It's not like my techniques are good, I thought everything else works like this. So, if you really want to learn violin, don't be bothered by this. This is just what I think tho. So anyone interested? I know I am |
