i like LOTR but i dont like WOW...yeah...tolkiens books are quite deep,you could try "The Hobbit" its not that deep nod.gif
Harry Potter for me is kinda light reading...finish "goblet of fire" in 2 days max sweat.gif
IMHO if you cant do it that means your wrist isint flexible enough yet or your violin size is too big for you?the wrist prob can be cured by practicing daily,you'll get used to it... smile.gif

its normal...its like guitar...the first time i play i dont even know how to strum properly...once you get used to it then it will come naturaly nod.gif

give it some time...you'll get used to it...
yeah yunnie,its normal...even me,i occasionaly touch other strings when bowing...once you get it,then its gonna sound really smooth smile.gif do it like what curvejim said...

to play properly?1 year is okay...if you are talking bout those higher lvl?definately 2-3 years...if you practice everyday wink.gif
lolz...scotland?their economy is almost down the drain already,i guess perfect timing to go there haha...but they are quite famous there for violin too,so i dont think its a problem if you wanna find tutors there,hey...why dont you add me in your msn so we can keep in touch? smile.gif

i dont think so...education area doesnt get affected,the currency is gonna flip,try checking their currency now
30 mins is ok per day...im practicing around 30-45 min pre day too...gotta find time for it too sometimes sweat.gif
scotland use pound sterling,current rate from XE 100.00 GBP = 584.252 MYR nod.gif

Hahah...well,at least there is a sense of accomplishment when you get it right...try playing it with your feelings...then it doesnt matter if you are striking the right tone or not...it will be playing your own music then...you will find a way to feel music your own way laugh.gif

yeah...it seems the chinese orchestra set it in the same place violins are supposed to be in a western orchestra,you like chinese orchestra paramore?
