QUOTE LOL I don't read the books. I only watched the movies. read the book, there are alot of scenes cut in the movie, you are missing alot of details from the story... QUOTE What I meant was keeping the position of the bow parallel to the bridge all the time = dead parallel. you mean how to continue playing with the bow straight like an X sign with the violin?

i like LOTR but i dont like WOW...yeah...tolkiens books are quite deep, you could try "The Hobbit" its not that deep Harry Potter for me is kinda light reading...finish "goblet of fire" in 2 days max IMHO if you cant do it that means your wrist isint flexible enough yet or your violin size is too big for you?the wrist prob can be cured by practicing daily, you'll get used to it... to play properly?1 year is okay...if you are talking bout those higher lvl?definately 2-3 years...if you practice everyday lolz...scotland?their economy is almost down the drain already,i guess perfect timing to go there haha...but they are quite famous there for violin too,so i dont think its a problem if you wanna find tutors there,hey...why dont you add me in your msn so we can keep in touch?

Hahah...well,at least there is a sense of accomplishment when you get it right...try playing it with your feelings...then it doesnt matter if you are striking the right tone or not...it will be playing your own music then...you will find a way to feel music your own way
