Sorry, unfortunately new units are sold out and should be in within this week.
You can opt for K5005 as well as the only difference is the LTE spec which we don't even operate in Malaysia by any chance for now.
As for DC-HSPA+, both E398 and K5005 only supports 2100MHz.

Huawei E398 only supports LTE FDD and is reviewed to be better on DC-HSPA+,

however technically Huawei E392 should be better on LTE since supports both LTE FDD and TDD.

E392 comes with a lanyard, therefore you won't lose your cover as well.
