Hi, which one better?
HUAWEI E353
HUAWEI UMG1831
HUAWEI E3231

im looking for good 21mbps++ download speed

Hi there

It depends on individual preference.

Huawei E3231 and Huawei E353 is equipped with the latest chipset.
However E3231 is equipped with WEB USER INTERFACE.

Huawei UMG1831 is the 1st generation of Huawei's HSPA+ model and no complains so far.

Hope that helps

Hi there

In that case you're SIM is capable of delivering speeds up to 43.2Mbps on DC-HSPA+
Getting a 100Mbps unit will be future proofed, however it will take time for network providers to fully implement and test their infrastructure accordingly.

It depends on your individual preference and the price doesn't vary that much either.

Hope that helps.

Hello, wanna ask about the dongle speed..

if my internet speed is up to 3.6Mbps max, will using a high speed (ie. 7.2 or 21.6Mbps) one boost its speed?

Or it all just depends on the internet service provider?

THx~

Hi there

What is the current plan that you're subscribed to?

What is the model of your current dongle?

Hi again

Newer devices are equipped with better chip-sets and internal antennas.
Therefore you'll be able to enjoy better stability and achieve maximum speed on your plan which is subjected to the network infrastructure at your area.
In your case for Celcom SKMM, a 7.2Mbps unit will be sufficient and a 21.6Mbps will be great.

I see.. Erm, is Huawei E173 good? If compared to ZTE MF190?

Is there difference between different models that are of same speed?

Hi, the performance is almost the same,
however Huawei E173 is dual band (2100/900MHz on 3G) and ZTE MF190 is single band (2100MHz on 3G) only.
