Along Jalan Besi/Medan Tembaga, semi & corner lot is about 3,500 to 4,500 sq ft, which is just nice for today's compact, mobile and aging family. Location, location, location Location wise not too bad. Schools, Wet market, Hospital and eateries are nearby. Crimes, apart from occasion snatch thieves, are low. |

Pinang laguna water park condo:It has an outdoor moderate size water themepark. Currently in it's first phase construction. There is contemplated second phase as far as i know. Prices range from 180k and above from last i heard.

I know the direction, but i dont know what the project or dev name.
After Wonderful supermarket(left hand side), u'll reach T-junction, turn right, go straight to the end... lot of DST, SemiD , bungalow in there. From BM Utama main road(right hand side) go straight till end of junction, turn left is to Maybank alma, but u turn right.. Along that road got few project..
