hi all..

any comment on BM Utama? plan to get double storey house. is the price consider ok or a bit on the high side?

From BM Utama main road(right hand side) go straight till end of junction, turn left is to Maybank alma, but u turn right.. Along that road got few project..  And there is one , before Nasi Kandar near caltex, turn left go straight, u'll see banners .

currently i'm workin in kulim n stayin in kulim (rental house)..
i think the cost will be a bit higher due to the pg bridge toll and the travel distance.
