last time got fren stay there.....the house TNB fuse/wiring blown and smoke come out, scare die him.....so not only piping issue, pay attention to the wiring also

The idiots who put the traffic light there forgot to add a beri laluan sign. The jam didn't exist before the traffic lights went up.

Once you know the timing and rhythm of the neighborhood it's not so bad la. It's only like that during peak hours. If you are coming from phase 2, before 650am generally manageable. Peak hour is 7am to 830am in the morning. Evenings is 5pm to 8pm. Avoid this then it's generally ok.

my contractor just told me about this also...the blue color pipe apparently will crack/break after a few years...not so good..

cannot imagine if future further develop at backside, luckily the mega towel project from setia been halted

I heard they halted the condo up hill due to unsuitable terrain. Personally I like phase 3 especially isle of conifer. It is quiet and reasonably pleasant with not a lot of traffic inside. Prices for the houses there are around 1.5 to 2.x mil. There's also a private redevelopment in Isle of Palm which goes for 4 mil. Personally I think that one is excessive.

i heard black color one also got few type, now never one quality better especially at the join

btw where is your house? roughly how much spend to replace all the paip?

good if can put one water tank, haha
