The problem is a bad solder joint on the rx pcb inside the tank. Resoldered and the range is now more acceptable. I might be selling this and get a Tamiya Leopard 2A6 as I'm a fan of Tamiya 1/35 series tanks. Where in KL can I locate shops selling this?

If you're keen on 1/35 model tank, Hobby HQ should do the trick I guess. Used to be located in City Square, but now it's now in Jalan Metro Pudu, Fraser BIZ Park, 55100 KL.

Hi there. Anyone has contacts of sellers of Tamiya tanks?

I'm looking for one as well :S

So far I have a VS Tank 1/24 Tiger I late war production model.

I am thinking to go for a Heng Long 1/16 Panther G. Any suggestion on the whereabouts, and the quality/details/historically-accurate?

Couldn't really find any reviews on the net BTW.

FYI a shop in BTS is selling a Heng Long 1/16 King Tiger with Porsche turret at MYR 399. Kinda attractive price I should say.

That one is Tokyo Marui, and it cost a bomb for a 1/24 scale. Better off with a VS Tank anyday

anything of Tokyo Marui are expensive, most are due to the quality of the brand itself I presume

depends on the agreement of the members. but as of now, the meetup will be in november since this month most will be doing on diorama
i think most of us are using henglong here, tamiya would cost a bomb, and vs tank, although great oob, the size is tad small
it all depends on preferences though, vs tank engine sound would also only play when it moves, there is no idle sound and no engine smoke :/

You can find upgrades at Berjaya times square,or so they say.I've just my tank so havent been there myself.
