BB, but most prolly when I have the moolah, that will be change. So many to upgrade, so little money :/

There are still certain inaccuracy issues with Heng Long Tiger I, I presume. Some that I can identify are:

Wrongly open angled of commander's cuppola (easily rectified)
As above, the observation slit is glued to the hatch at wrong angle (still figuring)
Somewhat simplified ball mounted hull MG
Symmetry turret dimension (still figuring)

Simplified details (duh)

Since my 1st love is Tiger, I will rectify it slowly to make it to what I perceive a legend would be

the turret elevation also quite low. btw, hows your tiger shooting precision? mine doesn't shoot straight.

Well, you might want to open up and change the springs. But then again, I don't strongly advise to do so since mine is also stock with no upgrade whatsoever. Never open up mine hence I don't really know the inner mechanics of it. Mine is shooting straight, given the right condition.

BTW, just de-tracked mine. Nothing major really, just a heads up, don't play Tiger outside. Finding the pin might be a futile attempt in the midst of grasses and soils

I already open the insides, nothing much can do for the elevation..
after I clean the metal barrel inside shooting accuracy get a bit better, but still miss a straight target at 5feet range.

I don't dare play on tall grass now, got creaking sound the other day at the sprocket part.. not my tank anyway but we all move back to play on the walkway.

The design of the turret and mantlet itself hinders the gun for proper elevation. It is just the flaw of the German tank design. Depression is hindered as not to interfere with dual Bosch headlights. This is why in later version Tiger only utilizing single headlight situated in between the driver's view port and hull MG.

As for the accuracy, I guess we can't really do much, heh

Really love it but I think I'm still a newbie for the control. It seem hard to move the tank w/o letting it cruising too fast.

Well, personally I don't do postage for tank for fear of breaking components by local post
I think if you do COD with him, that would be better

he ships real fast, posting the next day after payment.
all the tank in my siggy got from him, the Pz IV too. about shipping cost, from WM to EM cost me rm100 per tank.

yah, since the paper one keep getting blown by wind I use the tin cover for target practise.

maybe its just me, but the Pz IV and Pz III rctank got 3 speed? while the tiger and M4 only 2 speed?
anyone else noticed?
