Dear Acher 13, just to check with you when you recently purchase the tauch panzer iii did the manual come with additional piece for extra accesories? Did you receive the rear tow hooks? I got one recently which came without manual and there is no tow hooks provided and when got a copy of the scan accesories page it doesn't show up but at henglong website the tank has them installed to the back. Weird, there is 2 holes each side for the tow hook installation.

you mean this one near the exhaust hole?

Yeah that's why i found it weird as from your picture you notice there is tow hooks but my tank came without. I got it fromn the same guy you did, came with lots of broken parts and one movement function was out send back to the seller which instead of sending me a new one send this tank for repair just got it on saturday missing some parts ie even the machine gun on turret missing, no manual etc even the inside foam box in pieces.

ah that one in black circle, yes my PzIII has it except it was already attached not an extra part.
my recent purchase also has problems, my tank can only be controlled until 5 meter max.

which one is 1/10 again?
the Shinki is about 15cm height
from my finger to the elbow, that is the size of just the hull for my PzIV and the Tiger is slightly bigger.

QUOTE(Tiger I @ Dec 9 2012, 12:48 AM)
perhaps, depends on the size of the 1/10 car you're referring to.

quite okay for the price id say
if most are selling the same, try getting the latest from heng long, since that will be the least problematic smile.gif

The Tiger I was a German heavy rc tank used in World War II, produced from late 1942 as an answer to the challenge of facing the unexpectedly formidable Soviet armor encountered during Operation Barbarossa.

lets say, maybe modding the grey colour of Heng Long Tiger I into Wittmann's S04 Tiger, or a Tiger II. Just an estimation, as for now I am slowly upgrading my RC tanks, heh. Only after internal parts have satisfied me, then only I move on to the cosmetics of the tanks.

QUOTE(Sadistic Reaper @ Jan 24 2008, 02:23 PM)
Hi all, i'm not sure if there's a thread for this since i don't think i seen any for several pages. I recently purchased a RC 1/16 Tiger I tank (i'm a big avid fan to tanks) and i was wondering if anyone have collected these RC tanks? I look forward to collect a few more like King Tiger and Leopard tanks (i hope they release a Maus). I learnt that these RC tanks can be equipped with the Battle System, does anyone know where to get it in KL? There's also a few questions to the RC tanks collectors like, how much abuse can the tank take in rough terrains (open grounds)? Also, is there any place that sells metal RC tanks? Those babies can crush a toy car! rclxms.gif

For those who don't have any knowledge about them, they can fire BB pellets (6 mm size) and according to their manuals, up to the range of 25 to 30 meters (i'm not sure if it's true or not but i'm gonna test it out tonight). It has some lighting and various sound effects from starting the engines, to firing the turret (with shock effect) and machinegun sounds.

The drums behind the tank generates smoke. A very nice cosmetic effect there thumbup.gif
