hi guys
recently come back to love anime
particularly rpg game theme like sword art online, overlord, log horizon...
but i love nothing serious, more like kono suba
i dont mind fantasy world theme like louie rune soldier, love that its funny
long ago did love those fantasy world and rpg too like lodoss and hack sign (even though too depressing)
rpg theme just gaining more series like grimgar.
now that im old, want something less serious/depressing, more escapist/fun series. anybody got more suggestion anime for me? thanks

Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan. Very light and funny with only 4 min duration per episode.

Guys trying to find back an early 00s anime
I remember it's period setting, boy is a ghost hunters, animax had it once I think, any idea?

Period setting? not sure if I can help you. Anime about ghost hunters that I've watched are Ghost Hunt (2007) and Gakkou no Kaidan (2001).

Karakuri Zoushi Ayatsuri Sakon is more like Kindaichi Case Files, not much of horror but still good especially if you like detective style anime.

I enjoy One-Punch Man, The Devil Is a Part-Timer!, Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma.

Basically I kind stupidly fun, casual and comedy.

Any other recommendation?

Can anyone suggest me which completed anime series to marathon from 2016-2017. I'll just strike out if I've watched the one you suggest. Any genre will do biggrin.gif

Devilman Crybaby, go watch it. It's amazing.
Filled with stylish gore and nudity though, so definitely not for kids.

Kyoani recommendation according to my bad taste in no particular order.

Good kyoani works:
Violet Evergarden
Koe no Katachi
Hibike
K-on
Kyokai no kanata
Haruhi
Nichijou
Maid Dragon
Tamako
Amagi
FMP

Boring kyoani shows:
Phantom World
Clannad
Hyouka
Free
Chunibyo
Lucky star
Air

I wonder if I'm getting too old for anime. Couldn't find any series that caught my attention lately.
