My samples LT 1358 is in Malaysia. LT local agent called me that he will deliver by post to me. Then it is PK time for LT 1358, DY2000 and LM4562.

It was widely discussed Bursons HDAM is not made by him, but rebadged from Chinese products. Chinese products is not bad nowadays. Loot at the Zero, Zhaolu, Yulong, Bada, Xindak, etc.

compare burson with Lawrence, it is about 50% more expensive. Looks like for the 30% gain SQ is close to getting a better DAC.

Do you think the OPA 2107 can be used in the DAC section?

ccschua get the dy2000 from internet i also ask him to get one for me also but no time to meet him yet

for soo many day i tested on Zero with different opamp currently i try on opa2107 .... wut i found the sound slightly dry n digital (fake) will all op when running using toslink .... than yesterday just bought MIT coaxial ... but not fully run it yet still dunno wut the result yet i compare back last 2 week when i listen to CD-63 KI the vocal are thick more sweet sounding .... when the CD-63 connect to DAC is totally different seem the sound more dynamic n more resolution vocal is slightly thin ...

the different is CD-63 KI is running on 16bit and Zero is 24bit

actually depends on ur taste ... if u like those new age or fast music Zero is more suitable ...

Now just wait to running in n test on final result that day i try on Headphone the sound are dull dunno y maybe i use cheap headphone

Good that DY2000 bulk is going on. Now I really feel steady with ZERO, dunno for how long. But I still know ZERO has Potential to go further than that. I feel the output stage has some improvment to be done.

Yesterday I was wondering why the DAC gain stage is so low, until I realise I forgot to plug in the DY2000 (it was taken out for audition)

I think you wont go wrong with DY2000 if you are those who like vocals.

IF you use DY2000, u will sacrifice a bit of dynamics. On fast transients, the music tends to slow slightly. If your ears are really fuzzy, u will notice a bit. overall, this is give and take.

Eddie Wu from diykits is very nice guy, very knowledgeable guy, been in HIFI business for a long long time.

I hope he has a metal DY2000. The DY2000 metal is damn expensive.

I dont seem to see any review on the 1364 and 1469 in the head phone. guys come spill it.
