Guys.. want to ask you all... how can we transfer our funds to maybank in Malaysia?? From Paypal.

You can't actually. The closest that you can get to that is to transfer it to your VISA card which is issued by any banks in Malaysia. If you have Maybank VISA then you're set. It's not free, there are some fees attached to it.

Alternatively, why don't you sell off your Paypal funds ? A few folks here do that.

His method seem like to have Visa cards issue here.. very troublesome and cant get 100% of our Paypal fund couse Paypal will charge us some fees

I open a Premium account with Paypal. Set my country as Malaysia and currency as U.S Dollars. Now my problem is I wanted to draw funds from my Maybank into Paypal. As how I understand it.. drawing money from Maybank into Paypal is possible. What is not possible is drawing money from Paypal into Maybank.

But then I keep on searching for the option but couldn't find any that related to it except the option of transfering money from any banks in U.S.

What is happening here??? I really need to transfer money into maybank now. Or do I need to verify it first??

you CAN'T transfer into M'sian bank account. simple as that.

you CAN transfer into your CC though, you will be charged $5 USD for the transfer.

i know transfer into maybank is not possible. But what about transfering into Paypal??? I will figure out bout transfering into our maybank later. Now what the hell is happening here??

I can tolerate with not being able to withdraw from Paypal.



But I really can't stand it when I can't withdraw into Paypal from Maybank.

And now it says credit card not accepted.





Wanna ask you guys.. how do you guys use Paypal anyway?? Where did you get the funds into Paypal?? And can VCC really help in this?? Have done research into Google.. but couldn't find satisfying answer.

i have a verified uk based paypal account and i have achieved quite a high level on the system due to my active transactions on ebay uk. so if you need to ask any questions, please ask. i will try my best to help you guys.

ok basically this is what u need if u want 2 use paypal ok.
1. credit card / debit ( easy to make no hassle , AL-Rajhi is free / PB is excellent or go get Ammbank Can be done within 1-2 weeks.) / virtual credit card ( i wont advice the vcc coz if u become a major paypal user. they will ask for ur proof of bill and address from time to time. when they do that . they normally limit ur account. )

2. Register your account with your real information. Take extra care , get your name the same as your credit card. if it isnt ur screwed. Then also make sure same address as your CC billing address or debit card billing address.

3. Once registered add your debit/credit/vcc and paypal will charge u 1.95 usd which they will refund by giving u as paypal credit. Once charged , wait a few days check online your debit/credit/vcc & it will show the transaction record with a special 4 digit number. Input the 4 digit number and you are confirmed as a verified member.

4. Malaysian Banking system does not recognise paypal. So no banks support paypal .

5. To withdraw money in malaysia. You can only withdraw to your debit/credit Visa card. VCC card cannot coz it expires after some time of use lar... The limit is 500usd a day. To withdraw click on withdraw and you will get an option to withdraw to your debit/credit.

6. Becareful about getting Premium or Personal account. If you are doing a high volume trade / business so u receive a lot of payment from ppl especially with credit card. Get it. If not just stick to Personal account. The reason is very simple. With a premium account.You get charged a certain sum for any payment you receive to you paypal account. Whether is it Paypal Funds or CC. But with a personal account , you only get charged for CC payments and you can only receive it 5 times. Also if i am not mistaken CC payments they charge a high 5% interest rate.

Alternatively if you are damn free.... Go to Singapore open a bank account. Make a debit card for it. Its around 1000sgd to open an account. Then Make a Singapore Paypal address. You need a Singapore address. Go rent a Mail box. SIngapore post office has the service & you can withdraw direct to your bank account . No withdrawal limitation. Anything above 199sgd you wont get any charged. But you can only withdraw in SGD and Paypal gives you a crap exchange rate. The exchange rate for the week is 1 usd = 1.40sgd

Yesterday bought $200 funds from terrysoh into my unverified account. Then I straight away use the funds and left only $25 like that inside PayPal.

This morning receive e-mail saying that my account has been limited/restricted. OMG.. what's happening here.. what should I do now guys??

aiyarr is no issue ... ok . You just message paypal . Tell them Terry Soh bought stuff from you ok. Contact TerrySoh . Anyways , contact him on his side and find out. Dont worry its just standard paypal procedure. When a paypal account has a lot of transactions. Normally paypal will limit the account and the people he traded with until they get further information. Normally is like address verification or credit card verification. It just takes a few days to sort out.

So what u need to do now is get a debit card. PB debit card and Ambank debit card confirm can work with no problems. Just get that and get the paypal account verified

you dont need to fax. you scan and can upload. Oh btw yeah you better do that. Or you are not getting your account back. The reason is simple. Too many fraudsters around lar.. thast why

Hey I am terry soh here. Dont worry ok, the funds is 101% clean and has no problem. Paypal always do this time from time to time. They like to spend time to investigate case if they has nothing to do lol. So far they did not send me any email regarding that transfer, but I have kept track of every of my transaction.
If you needed to provide explanation on this transaction, simply log in to Maybank2u, go to the Online Banking, under Enquiry, click Your Internet Transaction History, then you should be able to see our transaction Reference ID. Summit it to Paypal indicating that you paid for the funds.
Btw, there is nothing wrong with buying/selling Paypal outside of paypal. It is definately legal to do so.

Once the scammer had received the money, he will immediately uses unathorized claim to be held against you, immediately putting your 210 USD dollars on hold. If I am a scammer, I wouldnt give you so much time to spend your Paypal Funds and wait until 25 dollars to scam. Just to clarify.

hahah yeah i know terry soh in real life he is no scammer. It`s just paypal`s beaucracy. Get the Ambank debit card. Can buy in 7-11. The fastest. Their one you can scan and fax them the form. And will be all done within 1-2 weeks. Pb a lil slow like a month or more i think.

yes..blade ur right...PB took me 1 month to proceess...i oso think to have 1 ambank debit card..which can be used for cathay cinema...after u bought it, u will be charged rm3 for every month...

no no teh card for u . Tomorow you go and send teh form and the ic copy.
Make sure its clear. this is what i did. Do 1 scan for it then do another enlarged bloated up scan for the ic as well. So send them one copy normal size and one more bigger size so can be more legible

i'm using PBB's debit card also, it's cheaper than ambank's debit card lar. free first year charges, then RM24 a year onwards i think.

ambank charges RM3 every month i think, and i heard their service is not very good.

western union is for transfer money from/to overseas using the country currency direct to saving account. for example from bank US to maybank,malaysia. my brother once using WO to transfer money from germany to my CIMB..

paypal is internet international account, which the transfer currency is on USD. its use if u want to buying items (mostly). the problem is, at malaysia, we cannot add fund from directly from saving... but we can transfer it to saving..

so if u have frend with paypal at overseas, he can transfer the money to your paypal and then u can transfer it to ur saving.. its just take a time also have xtra caj..

When you want to buy something from other people and you are going to pay him/her through Paypal, just add a debit card or credit card into Paypal and Paypal will directly deduct money from the debit card/credit card.

so far the successful bank CARD for withdrawal is al rajhi.
i tried it and it took ard 5 working days.

Is your Public Bank debit card a VISA Electron or Day2Day VISA debit card ? You won't be able to add fund into your Paypal. Instead, you just have to make sure you have sufficient fund in your Public Bank account before you try to pay someone through Paypal because Paypal will deduct the money directly from your Public Bank account.

you can't add fund to you paypal acc using your debit card boy, but you can transfer fund to another paypal acc if you still got money in your debit card acc, the paypal will directly pull up the money from your debit card acc that link to your paypal acc

I've transferred some money from my paypal to my maybank account yesterday morning and today on my paypal page it says transaction completed. But there's still no money in my maybank account.

How long should I expect the money to appear in my maybank account? Anybody with an experience?
