You can't actually. The closest that you can get to that is to transfer it to your VISA card which is issued by any banks in Malaysia. If you have Maybank VISA then you're set. It's not free, there are some fees attached to it.Couldn't figure how to..
Alternatively, why don't you sell off your Paypal funds ? A few folks here do that.
