possible to claim for warranty?

try bring the phone to from the shop u bought it.
for expert + reliable service, go to Nokia Service Centre.

actually i bought a used set, the first owner buy from a shop inside digital mall... will go there soon...
if go nokia service centre, will they charge? and wat Q's should i ask?

i called my friend, he said try to reflash firmware
then i call the shop and they said bring back to them and they wil try to send back to factory and service

IMO, deadpixel got nothing to do with the software/firmware. its the hardware problem.
