Please be advised that under normal circumstances, the expected arrival of the shipment from Nevada, USA to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, excluding the day of pick up is 18 January 2008, 4 working days. However, regrettably, USA is experiencing some bad weather conditions and the flights have been cancelled. Rest assured that necessary arrangements would be made to uplift the shipment as soon as the weather conditions have improved.

Since the shipment contained DVDs, there would be additional delays as it will need to go through our local customs authorities for clearance. Hence, at this point, we are unable to advise on the clearance time as it's subjected to the approval of clearance from the customs. However, we would do the necessary to expediate the clearance and have the shipment delivered to your goodself accordingly.
