i just watch my first bluray film just now.
hmm..quality is like cinema.
but the thing that bugs me is..spending so much for a bluray disc which probably u would only watch once..

how do u guys cope with these? plus with those pirated dvd quality which are near perfect quality for only 7$..

I think it's better than cinema quality, in some cinemas, the PQ is not good, there are "raining effects", maybe their screens are not good or dirty or the films are not all good??

You know, at this stage, I'm trying to avoid watching movies in the cinema, I'd rather wait for the BD release.

The picture and audio quality is 10 times better than cinema, only the screen is not that big.

I might go watch Indy 4 in cinema anyway, that one I've been waiting for 19 years.
