but not how 2 limit the ratio of hay n pellets depending on age....well, end of the day, I really care bout the lil creature's health dats y I jz making sure info is complete dats all

i tried pets lover center sunway pyramid before, they dont have it ....pets safari told me that they have it in sunway, but when i go there...they dont.... 

hi guys, i've just got 2 small rabbit 2 days ago. 1 black and 1 white. i think both age around 3 months old or so. the white one has a little stain on it, and i see that rabbit behaves quite like cat whereby they will lick their paws and then wipe part of their body as dry cleaning. but then my mum went and sort of bathed the white one... and use hair dryer to dry it... well she stopped half way cos scared that the sound is too noisy, but that rabbit got scared pretty bad... then today as i got back from work.. i saw it lied there motionless by the water tray while the black one is still as active as b4. then i touched it thinking that it's sleeping but no matter what i do it still didn't respond... and then i found out that ... it died! omg...  sad sad... i felt so guilty.. that poor thing, just been with us for 2 days and he died... sob sob... i'm trying to find out the root cause, i suspect probably he got sick from the washing and drying stuff that he might have gotten a fever or caught a cold.... i'm still new... hope u guys can give a pointer or two. thanks....

i din know this.
but even in mosaic floor, my rabbit can find a place to hop here and there thought first time they find it very hard to run.
rabbit with short hair not nice le. i prefer the one with long hair one.

u can have long haired rabbit but jz need to trim the leg fur lo

OMG, if that is true than one of my rabbits is already like that. 
everytime i saw his leg like that, i push the limp in and scold him, "don put your leg like that. very impolite"

i think i better go for an x-ray. but he is just 2 going 3 months old.

he become splayed because of me or it is like that when he is born?
if it is because of me, i will feel so bad.

actually, it is true. before i adopted the rabbit, i read a lot about the rabbit, their food, bedding, habit, behaviour,
of course, also the rabbit diseases but none explain or even mentioned about the splayed legs.
maybe i din read that much or i missed.
thanks for pointing it up before it get worse.
is there anything i can do? from your post, it stated that there is nth we can do about it.

anyway, just curious, how long does it take for you guyz to change the bedding for your rabbits?
i need to change it twice every 3 days. is it too often?
not that i like to change it but the whole place is full of their poop and pee.
so no choice but to change it.
