Really thanks for the special effort to send this cute fs over to spore. I will keep him for a few weeks and release him into the wild while he is still active.

Regarding what was inside the container, yes there was still 1-2 alive fruitflies and the tissue is only very slightly moist.

I will try to video his fight also.


Haha! Pls dont get the wrong idea! Maybe there are cheaper ways to transport the fs over to spore next time?
Anyway i really feel honoured to receive fs from other countries, haha.

Ya Viper, i also think so. But this fs is those unhealthy type, abdomen wont get bigger after food.
I have already released him.

Hey no problem Mindstorm. Regarding Seaven, in fact i plan to release him to the wild soon. He seems like only able to win fs who are much smaller than him, those same sizes fs i tried a few with Seaven, it seems that he dont have much confidence against them. Maybe he really misses the nature so much haha.

Well my T. subopressa moulted after I've kept him for 4 months.  He turned out to be a good sized male but unfortunately he didn't survive the moult.  I found him at the bottom of the plant yesterday morning, dead.

I'll have to make a return trip to Hawaii to get few more.  They seem to be bigger than T. bhamoensis.
